It’s Almost Holiday Season . . . Time to Start Managing Stress

It probably seems a little early to start thinking about the holidays at all. After all, most of us haven’t even bought the Halloween candy yet. However, if you’re depressed, this is the best time to start thinking about the holidays. If you want to make them as painless and stress-free as possible, you need to do some planning, and some letting go.

I know, I know, planning is not something you want to think about when you’re depressed. Trust me, though, it’s necessary. Stress is the last thing you need when you’re depressed. As enjoyable as the holidays can be, they are stressful.
