If you’re into handmade goods, either buying or selling, you have to check out Etsy.com, a site where crafters sell their goods.
The site itself is gorgeous and useful. You can shop for products in several different ways, including by color, by location of seller and by Time Machine, which lets you see all the listings on a particular day in the past.
A new version of the site is being launched on Nov. 13th (or so, these things can always slip easily).

Etsy is a great place to buy yarn and patterns. I don’t sell there but have bought both of these. You can purchase yarn directly from those who raise the sheep or alpacas. They spin and dye it too.
