I have heard it said, however, that it does not work exactly like the meat kind, as its melting point is lower. But it&#039;s probably a decent substitute.</description>

		<description>How large is the pudding... or is it small?  My Mother-in-law (deceased) always made us this and I found its an acquired taste.  I miss it now and thought I&#039;d make it.  I could purchase one but it&#039;s not the same.  My husband&#039;s family is Canadian and he grew up with it. She used lemon sauce as they were (are) tea-totallers.</description>
