Deborah Does Navel-Gazing

I had to record this for posterity. We had to take Lawrence to the emergency room in the middle of the night because he was having severe abdominal pain. He had been sick the previous week with a fever and throwing up. We found out at the hospital that he had pneumonia, but also was very constipated. They gave him an enema, and George walked him down the hall to the bathroom. When he came back he said, “Mommy, I peed out of my bottom!”
