Don’t return anything to Amazon, or you might be banned

Hard to believe, but returning defective items to Amazon could get you banned. This poor guy who bought a Kindle now has a very expensive brick. Not that I could afford a Kindle, but I think I’ll stick with ripping audio books on CD to my phone.

Stem Cell Breakthrough May Lead to MS Treatments

(HealthDay News) — U.S. scientists say they’ve coaxed human embryonic stem cells into generating cells that might someday be used to repair nerves damaged by multiple sclerosis. The researchers pushed the stem cells to grow into critical nervous system support cells called oligodendrocytes, according to a report released Thursday. Read on
